Best place I could have picked for my first solo camp trip. The park is amazing and the Camp Host Col. Bobby was friendly, helpful and kept the place clean (bathrooms too), with obvious pride. The lake is the perfect place to cool off after a day of hiking in the Florida summer heat! Loved this place and will be back again soon!
Nice CLEAN campground! Host Bobby was wonderful. Bathrooms were very clean!!!!!Have stayed at many other campgrounds this is one of the nicest although a little remote for some.
Beautiful spot. Beware if you are a Yankee. They don't like us here.
Incredible hidden gem! Clean. Beautiful lake! Not crowded likely due to it being late November. Power and water hook up worked great. Flat spot for RV and primarily grass - RIGHT ON LAKE! Rest rooms and showers clean. Only negative is that it's a 2 mile drive on rocks and sand from the main road to the sites. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.
A hidden gem! Camping, swimming and hiking... Sites are level next to lake and bathhouses are very clean. Col. Bob is a great host! Please reserve 48 hours prior... Only has 10 sites and 4 are electric... 6 primitive...
